NB SERIES

The highly effective and compact NB Series reheat stretch blow molding machines produce the highest quality bottles. Before stretch blowing, the overall temperature and heat profile of the perform is adjusted while being rotated. In the blow station, mechanical stretching is actuated by hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and mold clamping is achieved by toggle mechanisms ideally suited to the high-speed, high-pressure operation. The blow molds are usually cooled but if required they can be heated via a conditioning medium supplied from an optional mold temperature controller enabling the production of semi-heat resistant bottles.
